Via a private access to the seafront path, you can walk directly onto a kilometre-long cycle and walking path. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxing walk with your baby, a sporty running session, or a bike ride to the port of Marseillan, everything is within reach.
Villa Belle Étang - Beautiful outdoor spaces
The villa features a colourful, well-maintained garden that perfectly matches the Mediterranean atmosphere. The enclosed swimming pool measuring 12 by 6 metres with a diving board is a real eye-catcher. The pool terrace has recently been renovated and enlarged, providing even more space for relaxation. Here you will find comfortable sun loungers and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun and the view.
The renovated summer kitchen with bar, freezer and refrigerator is ideal for a pleasant barbecue or a bite and a drink. The spacious covered terrace offers shade and invites you to enjoy delicious al fresco meals. From the terrace you can admire the lagoon and the passing yachts.

The villa is spaciously laid out and exudes Mediterranean charm. On the first floor you will find the lounge and dining room with a glass door, so you won't miss any of the breathtaking views. During the day you can see the yachts on the lagoon and in the evening enjoy the lights in the harbour. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a view of the swimming pool, so you won't miss any of the action outside whilst cooking. The utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and two extra refrigerators is located on the ground floor

Villa Belle Étang - Comfort and extra services
The villa is fully equipped for a worry-free stay. Final cleaning is included, as well as the use of linens (sheets, towels and tea towels). Beach towels can be hired optionally.
Upon request, we can arrange an experienced chef to prepare delicious meals, or organise a babysitter for extra convenience, both at an additional cost. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
